This object publishes CCW flags for conditions that are common comorbidities for patients with CKD or conditions that are likely to be especially relevant to the evaluation of a CKD patient's clinical situation and needs.  Additional CCW fields are available in the upstream Patient Timelines Master for URSA-CORE Concepts object, and can be republished from there.

Q: Does the Count CCW Conditions field represent the count of all CCWs or only the CCWs with flags published in this object?

The Count CCW Conditions field provides the count of *all* chronic conditions present, not just those conditions with flags published on this object.
