Article summary

Namespaces are associated with a data asset (objects, measures; etc.) and define two characteristics about the asset. First, the namespace identifies who manages the asset. Second, it identifies the type of content associated with the asset. For example, URSA-CKD identifies that Ursa Health manages assets within this namespace and that those assets pertain to chronic kidney disease. Assets within the same namespace must be uniquely named. The primary namespace used for objects associated with the Ursa Core data model is URSA-CORE.

Tip: To find objects associated with a particular namespace, use the workspace’s filter to limit assets to that namespace. For example, to find all measures in the URSA-CORE namespace, enter “URSA-CORE” in Measure Workshop Category Filter
