- [MI/URSA-CORE] Source Local Provider ID Crosswalk to Data Model Provider ID, Precursor 1 (All Source Provider Mastering Profiles): One record per distinct provider mastering profile found in at least one source; with provider mastering profile defined as a triple of: (1) Source ID; (2) Source Local Provider ID; and (3) a concatenation of all provider fields used for mastering.
