Article summary

Scheduled events can be set up in the Integration Manager zone. Scheduled events provide a means to automate the scheduling of Saved ELTs or object export to storage containers. Users can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly periodicity.

Choosing a Schedule

Users can schedule an event to be triggered at any time of the day, using the time controls in the scheduled event screen. These times are localized to the user’s current timezone, even if the server is running in a different timezone.

In addition to the option of scheduling an event to happen once a day at a particular time, users can opt for the event to be triggered only on a particular day of the week, or a particular day of the month, by selecting the periodicity of the event.

Event Notifications

Users can optionally provide an email notification list for scheduled events and/or assign one or more webhook profiles to the scheduled event. There are two notification options to choose from, "Notify on Success or Failure" or "Notify on Failure Only". Failure notifications are sent when the first object in an event fails.

Scheduled Event Log

The statuses of previously triggered events are displayed in a panel in the Integration Manager.
