What's new?

  • Added RIGHTMOST CHARACTERS AFTER LAST TARGET pattern, which generates a text value representing the rightmost characters after the last instance of a target character or substring in a reference text field.
  • Allow users to edit the name or table name of an object while restoring it from the archive, and allow users to edit the identifier of measures while restoring it from the archive.
  • Allow export of ELT preview to CSV via a button in the Advanced Settings menu.
  • Created article management interface for use in Compass, as well as READ_ARTICLE and SEARCH_ARTICLES tools for the Compass agent.
  • Added a "Library" screen to the Compass configuration zone, allowing users to compare their locally saved diagnostics and personas with the canonical Ursa library of diagnostics and import/resync.
  • Support full Excel export of Compass presentations alongside the PowerPoint export, with one worksheet per finding.
  • Allow export of Compass assets to bucket for those environments that are not allowed to download to local workstation.

What improvements have been made to existing features?

  • Added S3-optimized option for Snowflake multifile export mode in the Global Variables screen.
  • Support "Monthly by Day of Week" periodicity for scheduled events, for example "The 3rd Saturday of the month".
  • Allow users to enter comments when archiving or restoring measures or objects.
  • Add block headers to validation rules
  • Allow clipboard copy/paste of validation rules, both at the rule and at the block level
  • Allow users to whitelist validation errors that are specific to levels of a rule partition, from within the failed ELT box. Items on the whitelist will never throw an error or warning, for the data object, rule, and partition-level combination. This validation whitelist can also be seen in a new screen in Metadata Manager.
  • Change the diagnostic instance, diagnostic definition, and presentation screens in Compass to be sortable, filterable tables, instead of lists.
  • Allow users to manage explorer sessions (rename, delete, sharing) within the explorer area, instead of the diagnostics area.

What's been fixed?

  • Updated the v28 HCC normalization factor for CY 2027 (and beyond) from 1.058 to 1.079 per the latest announcement from CMS.
