What's new?

• Added flag options to report manager category filter.

What improvements have been made to existing features?

• Boolean environment variables will be interpreted to be false if their value is "false". Previously, any value set for boolean environment variables would be construed as truth.
• Use a more efficient query for value set inserts.
• The "Add Viewing Access for All Users" setting for reports will not be transmitted during module submission and import. Any local setting of this field will be retained even in the face of a module overwrite. This change will bring this setting in line with the behavior of other report permissions settings, such as the user list.

What's been fixed?

• Fixed a bug during the module import of reports that would cause existing reports to show as having local edits if boards had been added to the report. This change to the merge state logic will cause misleading merge states for reports in the short term under some circumstances, until such time as assets with the updated logic have been imported into the environment.
• Fixed a permissions issue that was keeping authorized users from downloading case review data if they happened to be blocked from exporting case review data to storage containers.
