What's new?

• Add category filter to value sets and lookup tables screens.

What improvements have been made to existing features?

• Guard against illegal quick filters in reports.
• Support upload of lookup table from spreadsheet as currently exists for value sets.
• Add percentages to pie charts in Measure Explorer.
• Analytics Portal will keep the filters and related state upon change to the report periodicity.
• Ensure that the columns of the CSV export of case review after drilldown from a board matches what the user sees onscreen, by having the user's saved column configuration for the measure take on the configuration of the board tile.

What's been fixed?

• Support choropleth chart types in Redshift.
• Fixed behavior of cross-measure board filters spread across multiple tabs.
