Removed Master Data Management from Outpatient Medication Fills Aggregator for URSA-PHARM Concepts object to improve performance; replacing the MDM functionality with manual creation of the Lifetime Medication Treatment Episode ID field. Object runs much faster now; relatedly, changed the ingredient hash to use GPI and Patient ID + Prescription Number as backups.

Updated Outpatient Medication Fills Aggregator for URSA-PHARM Concepts object to exclude devices and other non-medication products.
