Medication therapy episode starts for any of the following targeted medication types: antidepressants, antineoplastics, beta blockers, antidiabetics, ACEI/ARBs, statins, high-risk medications (anticoagulants, oral antiplatelets, cardiac glycosides, opiate agonists, oral hypoglycemics, insulin), and any other chronic medications
