Create and run mastering objects for other concepts

If other concepts beyond patients and providers have been identified for mastering (see Determine which concepts require mastering, a new Integrator object should be created to master each of these additional concepts (unless such an object was already needed for a prior integration, in which case the existing mastering object should also be used for the same concept in the new data source).

Largely, the guidance from the previous task related to how to configure the patient and provider mastering objects applies to any additional mastering objects. In fact, it might be convenient to clone one of the existing mastering objects to retain the patterns and the Master Data Management Record Matching configuration from one of those objects -- even if most of the specifics will likely need to change -- rather than starting from scratch.
