- [MI/URSA-CORE] Source Local Patient ID Crosswalk to Data Model Patient ID, Precursor 1 (All Source Patient Mastering Profiles): One record per distinct patient mastering profile found in at least one source; with patient mastering profile defined as a triple of: (1) Source ID; (2) Source Local Patient ID; and (3) a concatenation of all patient fields used for mastering.
