Among outpatient pharmacy fills for a qualifying PDC fill (oral antidiabetic, oral ACEI/ARB, Statins) the percent with 90 Days Supply.

Denominator Description
Outpatient fills for a medication qualifying for any of the three PDC episode types (oral antidiabetic, oral ACEI/ARB, statins) that occur within patient-periods during which the patient has (1) active plan membership and (2) is alive. Fills are considered chronic by meeting at least one of the following: (1) Two or more fills over the history of the patient for this or other medications in the same AHFS Therapeutic Class ; (2) 90 or more days supply over the history of the patient for this or other medications in the same AHFS Therapeutic Class.
Numerator Description
Denominator qualifying outpatient fills where the Days Supply is 90 Days.
