URSA-CKD | Basics of the CKD Module

Overview

This report equips users with the clinical, financial, and operational measure needed to begin developing a successful population health management strategy for patients chronic kidney disease (CKD). This report introduces users to key concepts in the URSA-CKD module and provides pre-built boards that provide helpful lenses as to how these measures can be used to improve clinical quality, financial, and patient experience outcomes.
