One record per outpatient medication fill based on a pharmacy claim or EMR pharmacy fill record; MDM record matching logic here generates a Lifetime Medication Treatment Episode ID for each fill that allows linking fills with the same patient-ingredient over the lifetime of the patient.

Detailed narrative of logic
- This logic begins by integrating pharmacy claims in the URSA-CORE Pharmacy Claims natural object, which is one row per non-reversed pharmacy claim, including denied claims, with the Medication Dispensing Providers synthetic object, which One record per pharmacy provider or non-pharmacy dispensing provider, based on primary NUCC provider taxonomy code and/or including any provider listed as a filling provider on a pharmacy claim.
