Ursa Health Quality Module

Overview

The foundational measures in the Ursa Health Quality Module are implementations of the published specifications from NCQA's Certified for HEDIS® Health Plan MY 2025 program. These measures are generated at the patient-level, incorporate claims and EMR/other sources (where available), and provide document-level details for measure numerator and denominator criteria.

In addition to the per-the-specifications measures, the Quality Module provides measures to support programs taking action to improve quality measure performance. These include variations that enable tracking over time (e.g.versions with rolling 12-month rather than calendar year time frame), "chase lists" of target patients, and comparisons to results generated externally.
