One record per pharmacy provider or non-pharmacy dispensing provider, based on primary NUCC provider taxonomy code and/or including any provider listed as a filling provider on a pharmacy claim.
Purpose
Used in the URSA-PHARM module to identify key attributes of Medication Dispensing Providers.

Detailed narrative of logic
- This logic begins with the URSA-CORE Providers natural object by flagging records with a Primary NUCC Provider Taxonomy code within the Medication Dispensing Provider Type
- Next, pharmacy claims in the URSA-CORE Pharmacy Claims natural object, are joined to the URSA-CORE Providers natural object where fields are created to generate count of fills per provider, first filled date, last filled date, and finally collapsed to the grain of one record per Filling Provider ID.
