Search Event Logs

From within the Search Event Logs screen in Metadata Manager, users can search for different types of activity within the application.

Users can search across activity for all the major objects managed in Ursa Studio: measures, data objects, reports, terms, value sets, and affiliations. Users can also search the PHI audit log, which is an important instrument for HIPAA compliance and captures all user access to records containing PHI. The “Event Log” log type includes all user requests to export PHI from cloud instances to Storage Containers.

Users can restrict the search to a date range, and they can filter on a particular user’s activity. They also have the option of displaying results on screen or downloading them directly to a CSV file.
